Annual Parish Meeting

This annual meeting is called by the Chairman for the entire Parish.  Any registered local government elector is entitled to speak and vote.  Other members of the public (and press) may attend but cannot participate in the meeting.

The monthly Billinge Parish Council meeting for May will immediately follow the ending of the annual meeting.
